What customers say?

“ I had been waiting to get reservations at this place. It was easier to get on a weekday. And the wait was so worth it. Loved the interiors with pink flowers and every thing we tried was very tasty. I really enjoyed my Malabar monsoon coffee as well. Can’t wait to try the breakfast next. ”

“ A really lovely place — the staff were wonderful. We went for a friend’s baby shower. We were only a small group, but it had a lovely atmosphere. Nice music, reasonable prices, and the food blew me away — it wasn’t what I would have expected from what appears to be a tea room. The food tasted absolutely awesome and was presented really well. The tearoom was decorated beautifully in soft pinks and greys, with lovely flowers around the doors that made a great background for my friend’s baby bump pictures. I honestly could have spent all day in there — such a pleasant environment, looking out the window at the people shopping along Conwy High Street. One thing I would say that may have let it down slightly was that the toilet roll dispensers were broken, with loo roll on the floor, which was a shame as the bathroom itself was lovely. Maybe I was just unlucky and visited after someone a bit less respectful than myself, so it would probably be worth giving them a regular check in future. Also, the view from the toilet window is awesome — a pleasant surprise! It was a beautiful day weather-wise, so travelling from Chester and being able to see the sea was wonderful. Please also note that tips aren’t included in your bill. The girls there went out of their way to offer great service, and as we were paying by card it’s easy to overlook. You could tell they were young and far too polite to point this out, so it’s worth remembering to encourage such good service in the good old-fashioned way — with a tip, especially if there are a few of you. Spread the goodwill! I’ll definitely be returning with my little girl, as she would absolutely love it. I’m really looking forward to trying the afternoon tea. ”

“ If you want to experience tea, cakes & a lovely brunch, follow the pink door of flowers up the stairs to your table with a view. Reservations recommended. Free parking for one hour. Just near the castle & lots of shopping. Do make a trip to the Loo, even if you haven't got to... ”

“ Gorgeous tea rooms - feels like it would fit in with Made in Chelsea! We had lunch, which was lovely, well priced and filling. The atmosphere is relaxed - not in a hurry - so a great place to relax for an hour and enjoy a slow paced lunch. ”

“ Delicious lunch in the heart of Conwy. I had fish and chips and my friend had a great looking superfood food salad. My only regret: I had no space left to try their afternoon tea! Timely and polite service. Would recommend! ”

“ We prebooked a table for lunch as we were unsure how busy it would be. Lovely size table for 6 with a view of the shops below. Great choice of dishes on the menu. All the food was fresh and high quality ingredients. Not a crumb wasted. Highly recommended for a meal if you are in or near Conwy. ”

“ Loved this place! It was adorable and elegant—extremely bright and cheerful, with tons of natural light. Afternoon tea was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. ”

- Joanna Gallagher -

“ Breakfast at this place is a spectacular! Scrambled eggs on dough, as well as fried and pushed eggs on bread, had unique taste and were made just perfect. The pancakes and waffles were absolutely delicious and their sweetness was well balanced. All kinds of coffee and English tea are prepared professionally. The decor of the place is very distinctive, and the bathrooms are striking in their luxury and cheerful colors. The workers in the place were top of class and respect, as well as the atmosphere that was very lovely. I loved the experience in every detail, thanks! ”
